We have Childcare available different hours of the day. Check the main page for daycare hours per location. We included childcare in every family membership because we understand that paying per hour limits your use of the gym and can become unaffordable.

This will be YOUR time to progress week by week with the support and accountability of other members. FREE run club shirts awarded after completing 6 runs with us! Meet at 5:45 in front of the racquetball courts.

  • Intro To Fitness

    Not sure where to start on your fitness journey? Join our Director of personal Training, Treasure Brooks, at our INTRO TO FITNESS course. This class will help you get on the path to your health and wellness goals! We will teach you how to use our equipment, create a balanced exercise program, prevent injury, and build healthy nutritional habits.
