We offer 2 tanning beds to our members at only $15 a month. We replace bulbs every 4- 6 months.
Both are incredible for sweating out toxins in your body. Steam Rooms are available at our North location.

We have Childcare available different hours of the day. Check the main page for daycare hours per location. We included childcare in every family membership because we understand that paying per hour limits your use of the gym and can become unaffordable.

This is a weekly social run club that is open to people of all abilities and fitness levels to come together to run, jog, walk, crawl or fly through a 3 mile, outdoor course. This will be YOUR time to progress week by week with the support and accountability of other members. FREE run club shirts awarded after completing 6 runs with us! Meet at 5:45 in front of the racquetball courts.
Intro To Fitness
Not sure where to start on your fitness journey? Join our Director of personal Training, Treasure Brooks, at our INTRO TO FITNESS course. This class will help you get on the path to your health and wellness goals! We will teach you how to use our equipment, create a balanced exercise program, prevent injury, and build healthy nutritional habits.

Our 11 piece circuit covers everything you need to stay in shape, it also has other amenities.
