TRX - Suspense Training
TRX is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. These are done with the aim of developing strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability.
Total Core X
TOTAL CORE X hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength.
R.I.P.P.E.D. is a total-body workout utilizing resistance and cardio training. It combines Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, and Diet components into a routine that is enjoyable, accessible and highly effective.

This is a weekly social run club that is open to people of all abilities and fitness levels to come together to run, jog, walk, crawl or fly through a 3 mile, outdoor course. This will be YOUR time to progress week by week with the support and accountability of other members. FREE run club shirts awarded after completing 6 runs with us! Meet at 5:45 in front of the racquetball courts.
Intro To Fitness
Not sure where to start on your fitness journey? Join our Director of personal Training, Treasure Brooks, at our INTRO TO FITNESS course. This class will help you get on the path to your health and wellness goals! We will teach you how to use our equipment, create a balanced exercise program, prevent injury, and build healthy nutritional habits.
